Maintenance problem solving on your behalf is our expertise, be it plumbing, electrical, or even security risks like broken windows. We will discuss it with you, and together find possible solutions. In most cases we’ll be able to render the maintenance service ourselves but if need be, we will find reputable companies and source quotations for you.

Send us your grocery list (3 days prior to arrival) and we will do your holiday shopping for you sourced from local retailers. We will happily stock your pantry according to your specific requests.
Fresh flowers and wine on arrival.
I, the owner of Ulla Projects, am an Event Manager and can arrange dinners, private parties and airport transfers.
